Mark Childers
Executive Pastor and Director of Missions
Mark’s calling to ministry was something he heard at a very young age, a guiding light that shaped his journey. With over 30 years dedicated to the ministry, he has poured his heart into serving others. For the last 13 ½ years, Mark has been fully immersed in ministry as a campus pastor of a multi-site church in the state of Florida.
His heart beats with a passion for missions, seeing lives transformed through the message of Jesus. Mark’s dedication to freedom, both spiritual and personal, has been a driving force in his work. However, his greatest joy comes from raising up the next generation of pastors, nurturing their gifts and empowering them to carry the torch forward.
God began stirring in Mark’s heart last year that a change was coming. God had a new assignment for him. Mark is so excited to join Dream Together as the Executive Pastor of Dream Church and the Director of Dream Missions. He is ready to equip, empower, strategize and mobilize the local church in “Bridging the Gap” to fulfill the Great Commission globally.
When Mark is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Amanda of 27 years, his four kids and son-in-love and new grandbaby. He enjoys a competitive game of pickleball, riding his motorcycle, and vacationing in the mountains.
In a world hungry for inspiration, Mark stands as a beacon, leading by example and living out his calling with unwavering dedication. Through his ministry, he continues to impact lives, build communities, and sow seeds of faith that will bear fruit for generations to come.
